Customs Seizure Reshipment Protection
Customs inspections are uncommon, but they cannot be completely avoided for international shipments. If a package shipped from our China warehouse is confirmed as seized by customs, OKKREP will reship the package at no additional cost.

Supplier Warehouse Preparation
Most packages are prepared, checked and dispatched from the supplier warehouse within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Before dispatch, the supplier warehouse completes the first quality inspection.
Shenzhen Logistics Center
After dispatch from the supplier warehouse, items arrive at our Shenzhen logistics center for a second quality inspection before international shipment. Arrival time depends on product category.
Usually 1–2 business days: Perfume, Toys, Jerseys, Shoes
Usually 2–3 business days: Bags, Apparel Accessories, Watches, Apparel
International Dispatch
After the second quality inspection, the package is handed over to the international shipping line. Tracking information is normally uploaded within 24 hours after shipment.
International Transit & Customs
You can follow international transit and customs progress once tracking updates begin.
Local Delivery
After customs clearance and local handoff, the package enters the destination delivery network.
Delivered
The package is delivered to your address.

Customs Protection

Tracking May Take Time to Appear
A package may already be marked as shipped before the tracking number is uploaded. Tracking information is normally added within 24 hours after shipment, and the first carrier update may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Multi-Package Orders
Some orders are shipped in multiple packages, especially when items come from different warehouses or preparation locations. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery timeline.
