5. Payment Processing

OKKREP currently supports USDT and USDC payments for orders placed through our website.

We use payment information only as necessary to confirm receipt of funds and match the payment to the relevant customer order.

Where card or digital-wallet payment options are available, checkout is completed through a secure payment environment operated by an independent third-party payment service provider. You may be transferred to that provider’s website or checkout page to complete payment.

OKKREP does not collect or store your full payment-card number or card security code. The payment service provider processes card information under its own privacy policy.

We may receive limited transaction information from the payment service provider, such as payment status, amount, currency, order reference, and verification result.

For USDT and USDC payments, we process only the information needed to confirm that payment has been received and to match it to the relevant order.

We do not request or store customers’ private wallet keys.

6. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes.

We may disclose limited personal information to service providers that help us operate the website, fulfill orders, communicate with customers, and protect our business.

These providers may include:

  • warehouse, fulfillment, and order-processing providers;
  • international shipping and local last-mile delivery providers;
  • carriers such as DHL, where applicable;
  • independent payment service providers;
  • cloud and email infrastructure providers, including Alibaba Cloud;
  • hosting, content-delivery, database, backup, cybersecurity, and website-maintenance providers;
  • customer-support and CRM service providers;
  • professional advisers and fraud-prevention providers; and
  • courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Service providers are permitted to process personal information only as necessary to provide their services or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our current customer-support and CRM systems may process email addresses and WhatsApp account information when customers provide those details.

We do not currently send customer personal information to external AI model providers.

7. Alibaba Cloud and Email Infrastructure

We use Alibaba Cloud for cloud and email infrastructure services.

Information processed through these services may include account and contact information, customer emails, order-related communications, operational website information, and business records needed to provide our services.

Alibaba Cloud may process this information under its applicable service terms and privacy practices.

8. WhatsApp and Other Communication Platforms

When you contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party communication platform, that platform may collect and process information under its own privacy policy.

We may use the contact details and message information you provide to respond to inquiries, help locate products, support an order, resolve payment or delivery issues, and maintain customer-service records.

You should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through third-party communication platforms.

9. Marketing Communications

Where permitted by law, we may send product updates, service information, promotional offers, and other marketing communications by email.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails or contacting us at sunny@okkrep.com.

After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information necessary to ensure that your opt-out preference continues to be respected.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages related to an order, payment, account, security matter, or customer-service request.

10. Analytics, Advertising Pixels, and Tracking

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, OKKREP does not use:

  • Google Analytics;
  • Meta Pixel; or
  • TikTok Pixel.

We do not currently use personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising.

The website may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms required to operate core functions such as account access, shopping-cart functionality, security, order processing, and checkout.

If we introduce analytics tools, advertising pixels, or additional tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any consent or control mechanisms required by applicable law.

11. International Data Transfers

OKKREP is operated by a company registered in China and serves customers in multiple countries.

Personal information may therefore be processed or stored in China or in other countries where our service providers, warehouses, shipping providers, payment providers, or infrastructure providers operate.

Data-protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your country.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain business and transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, payment-service, or regulatory obligations.

Shopping-cart information may be retained for a limited period to support the shopping and checkout process.

Account and saved-address information may be retained while the account remains active or until deletion is requested, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

Order, payment, refund, shipping, delivery, and related transaction records may be retained for at least five years, or longer where required by applicable law, accounting or tax requirements, a payment service provider, fraud-prevention needs, an unresolved dispute, or an active legal claim.

Customer-service communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support orders, resolve disputes, maintain service history, and improve support quality.

Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe. We may retain limited suppression information after unsubscribing to prevent marketing communications from being sent again.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction.
